Flying Pigs Announce 2025 Youth Softball & Baseball Camps in Lexington

Lexington, NC – April 29, 2025 — The Lexington Flying Pigs are proud to announce the return of their annual Youth Softball and Baseball Camps, offering young athletes in the community a chance to learn from experienced coaches and current players in a fun, supportive, and instructional environment.

Softball Camp Led by Coach Kayleigh Jonas – June 16 - June 19, 2025

Girls aged 5-11 are invited to join Coach Kayleigh Jonas, former college coach (6 years) and Mars Hill University standout, Owner/CEO of KJ Softball Camps, assistant Coach for Carolina Cardinals Chandler 18U National, for an unforgettable day of skill-building and sportsmanship. The Flying Pigs Softball Summer Camp will take place on June 16 - June 19 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Reedy Creek Ballfields

Coach Jonas and her team will lead participants through drills focused on hitting, fielding, base running, and softball IQ, all while fostering a positive atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork and personal growth.

Baseball Camp for Ages 6-13 - July 7 - July 10, 2025

Boys and girls ages 6–13 can join the Flying Pigs Baseball Camp on July 7 - July 10 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, also at Holt-Moffitt Field. This dynamic, one-day camp is led by the Flying Pigs' coaching staff and players, delivering hands-on instruction in pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running.

Campers will get the unique chance to train with current Flying Pigs players, gain insight into what it takes to play at a higher level, and build confidence on the field.

Spots are limited, and early registration is encouraged to ensure participation. Parents can register their children for either camp at Play'n Sports, where more details are available.
