Their presence at the ballpark serves as a meaningful reminder of the importance of planning, communication, and compassionate care during life’s most challenging moments.

Fans will have the opportunity to learn more about how to document healthcare wishes through Advance Care Planning, access caregiver support resources, and explore grief counseling services, all designed to help individuals and families navigate difficult transitions with confidence and dignity.
